Hamlet Noir is a multimedia theatre piece made up of a book of poems performed live, a short film, and original music. Set in a reimagined Denmark, a dystopia that feels much like today’s America, this multimedia theatre piece is an erasure of Shakespeare’s original text. A work of iconoclasm emblazoned with a young black man’s psyche, Hamlet Noir is set to return in June 2021 .
